d2m Services recherche, pour son client, un Ingénieur Projet Marine.
Sous l'autorité du directeur du département, vos principales missions seront les suivantes:
- Participer aux évaluations techniques dans les phases d'avant-projet et de projet concernant les modifications, conversions de supports flottants et l'intégration d'équipements.
- Participer à l'élaboration du cahier des charges et des spécifications techniques du projet, en coordination avec les différentes divisions concernées.
- Participer à la revue et à la sélection des fournisseurs d'équipements.
- Sélectionner les ingénieries sous traitantes du projet et piloter leurs études conceptuelles,
- Analyser, comparer et optimiser le choix des équipements,
- Visiter et sélectionner les chantiers de construction, conversion ou intégration les plus adaptés au projet,
- Veiller à la conformité des travaux avec les spécifications contractuelles et les réglementations applicables,
- Suivre l'exécution des travaux en collaboration avec l'équipe de surveillance et l'équipage du support flottant concerné,
- Mettre à jour le planning du projet et assurer le suivi budgétaire,
- Participer aux opérations de réception du support flottant et à sa mise en service.
Requirements
- De formation technique supérieure dans le domaine maritime (ENSTA, ECN, ECM, ENSAM ou équivalent), vous disposez d'une expérience de 7 à 10 ans en ingénierie de projet maritime, sur des programmes de construction, de modification ou de conversion de navires et de plateformes flottantes. Vous maîtrisez également les enjeux liés à l'intégration d'équipements complexes à bord.
- Votre expérience vous a permis d'intervenir depuis les phases d'avant-projet jusqu'à la mise en service, en assurant la coordination multi-métiers, la gestion des interfaces techniques et le suivi opérationnel de travaux, en lien direct avec les chantiers et l'exploitation
- Doté d'une forte culture projet, vous êtes reconnu pour votre autonomie, votre aisance relationnelle et votre capacité à dialoguer aussi bien avec les équipes d'ingénierie, les fournisseurs, les chantiers et les équipages. Vous savez piloter des études, veiller à la pertinence technique et économique des décisions d'ingénierie et garantir la conformité réglementaire et contractuelle tout au long du projet.
