Role - Product Owner

Location - Paris, France (Onsite)

Type - Permanent Employment

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision in collaboration with Product Management and Business Owners.

  • Own and manage the Product Backlog including Epics, Features, and User Stories.

  • Prioritize backlog items based on business value, effort, and risk.

  • Ensure backlog items meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).

  • Participate in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and Backlog Refinement sessions.

  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, System Architects, and development teams for timely delivery.

  • Validate deliverables through Sprint Reviews and System Demos.

  • Engage with Business Owners to define business value and approve increment plans.

  • Ensure delivered features meet functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Use JIRA and Confluence for backlog management and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).

  • Experience with Agile tools: JIRA, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Prometheus.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience in telecom or enterprise IT modernization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Certification

  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) Certification.

  • Experience working in large-scale agile environments.

  • Familiarity with TPAS contractual frameworks and Orange's agile governance.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional agile teams.

  • Strong decision-making and prioritization abilities.

  • Technical proficiency in .NET, MS SQL, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Bruno, Git
