About the Role

As a
Technical Support Specialist – France
, you'll be a key point of contact for
installation partners and field engineers
, providing hands-on technical support before, during, and after EV charger installations.

This role is
installer-focused rather than customer-facing
. You'll support troubleshooting, configuration, commissioning, and issue resolution, working closely with internal engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient installations across the French market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
    technical support to EV charger installers and partners
    , both remotely and during commissioning phases
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and installation issues
  • Support installers through
    pre-install checks, configuration, and go-live
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, collaborating with engineering and product teams
  • Monitor installer performance and recurring technical issues to drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain and improve
    technical documentation, guides, and FAQs
    for installers
  • Support onboarding and enablement of new installation partners
  • Feed back field insights to product and engineering teams to improve reliability and installation processes

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent
    French and English
    (spoken and written)
  • 2+ years' experience in
    technical support, field support, or installer-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of
    electrical systems, hardware troubleshooting, or connected devices
  • Experience supporting partners or technicians rather than end customers
  • Comfortable diagnosing issues across hardware, software, and connectivity
  • Highly organised, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Experience in
    EV charging, energy, renewables, IoT, or cleantech
    is a strong advantage

Work Environment

You'll be working in a collaborative, fast-paced scale-up environment, supporting installer networks across France. The role offers
