Pingoware is a fast-growing software company that is revolutionizing the recruitment industry. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team for a 1-6-month, full-time remote internship.

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of software sales and marketing. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to promote our innovative recruitment software.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales materials and presentations

- Attend networking events and conferences to promote our software and build relationships with potential clients

- Utilize social media and other digital marketing platforms to reach our target audience

- Help create and maintain a database of leads and track sales progress

- Provide support to the sales team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business, or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Passion for sales and marketing

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
