ACTIVITIES

  • Demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding H3SE policies, Company Ethics, and the Code of Conduct, promoting the Anti-Corruption Program.
  • Ensure proper implementation of the Project Quality Management System (QMS) within the UFR package and verify contractor compliance with EPC contract and ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Supervise daily quality activities of contractors, including audits, inspections, non-conformance, corrective and preventive actions, and KPI monitoring.
  • Review and approve key quality documents such as the Project Quality Plan, Inspection Test Plans, and vendor/subcontractor documentation.
  • Coordinate and monitor quality systems at manufacturing sites and fabrication yards, ensuring proper documentation and timely delivery of Quality Dossiers and certifications.
  • Liaise with Third Party Inspection and Certification authorities regarding schedules, technical specifications, and quality control.
  • Report and correct any non-compliance, maintaining close collaboration with the Project Quality Manager, the Quality Team, and the UFR Team.

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT

The position is part of the execution phase of a major offshore project in Suriname (Block 58). The project involves complex technical challenges related to reservoir management, FPSO, and subsea production/injection systems.

The objective is to maximize economic results by optimizing reserves, schedule, and costs, while reducing GHG emissions and maintaining high H3SE and technical quality standards.

  • Knowledge of the UFR Products and relevant Quality regime
  • Significant working experience in a similar service within the Oil and Gas field
  • Professional Experience: 15 years minimum
  • Experience within project/s: 10 years minimum
