The role

We're looking for an outcome-driven Product Manager to own strategy, discovery and delivery across several product areas. You'll set roadmaps, run discovery and drive initiatives end-to-end. Ideal candidates have shipped complex (preferably B2B/enterprise) products, work comfortably with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Own roadmaps, goals and success metrics for multiple product areas.
• Translate company strategy and customer insight into clear, prioritized initiatives.
• Balance short-term delivery with platform and technical investments.

Discovery & Research

• Lead customer discovery: interviews, usability tests, data analysis and competitor research.
• Validate ideas with experiments, (AI built) prototypes and measurable success criteria.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals into user-centric decisions.

Execution & Delivery

• Write concise PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria; partner closely with engineering.
• Prioritize work across stakeholders and constraints using data.
• Leverage the use of AI tools for product development

Cross-functional Leadership & Measurement

• Align design, engineering, data, sales, support and marketing for launches and adoption.
• Communicate direction and tradeoffs to leadership.
• Define and own OKRs for your domain.

We expect you to have: 

Experience

• 3+ years product management (SaaS, platform, consumer or enterprise).
• Proven record shipping products end-to-end and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience with complex B2B domains preferred.

Technical Skills

• Technical fluency to partner with engineering leads (read proposals, assess tradeoffs, write clear requirements, be able to make "T-shirt sizing" estimations).
• Cloud/SaaS experience is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong product sense and customer empathy.
• Data-driven (analytics, A/B testing, qualitative analysis).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong prioritization and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and driving clarity.
