BailFacile est une agence immobilière nouvelle génération qui met à la disposition des propriétaires tous les outils digitaux pour gérer leur location simplement et en toute autonomie.

Dématérialisation des documents, signature électronique, automatisation, communication en quelques clics avec le locataire, notre mission est de simplifier la vie des propriétaires d'aujourd'hui, grâce à une solution 100% digitale qui remet la relation avec le locataire au centre de tout.

Depuis notre lancement mi-2017, nous avons déjà convaincu plus de propriétaires et sommes chaque mois en forte croissance.

Description du poste

Pour accélérer notre croissance et améliorer notre visibilité SEO, nous recherchons un SEO & Content Manager.

Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec notre CEO, ton rôle s'articulera autour de 3 enjeux forts:

  • Développer la notoriété de BailFacile sur les moteurs de recherche et asseoir notre autorité auprès des propriétaires.

  • Multiplier le nombre de leads entrants.

  • Améliorer l'expérience et la satisfaction utilisateur en mettant à leur disposition du contenu ciblé et pertinent.

Plus précisément, il s'agira de :

  • Définir les objectifs SEO et la roadmap Content, après avoir fait une analyse détaillée de la situation actuelle, des univers et des mots clés cibles.

  • Rédiger du contenu juridique sur l'univers de l'immobilier (articles, FAQ…).

  • Diffuser ces contenus dans le format et sur les supports appropriés (guide, infographie, presse, email, réseaux sociaux etc.).

  • Mettre en place des KPIs qui permettent de mesurer l'évolution de la performance SEO.

La rédaction de contenu représente au moins 60% du poste.

Tu pourras être amené à travailler sur d'autres projets (développement produit, support client) en fonction de tes envies et des besoins de l'entreprise.

Qualifications

  • Tu es étudiant en Licence / M1 / M2 de droit (possibilité d'embauche par la suite)

  • Tu aimes écrire et as de très bonnes qualités rédactionnelles

  • Le marketing digital t'intéresse

  • Tu as une appétence pour la Tech

  • Tu aimes avoir de l'impact dans ton travail

  • Tu maîtrises les outils bureautiques (Office / Google Suite)

  • Tu as l'esprit d'équipe
