Comme une majorité de personnes, nous avons été confrontés à des sources d'anxiété et de stress importantes, dans un contexte pro comme perso.

Le tabou étant encore largement présent dans l'entreprise, nous nous sommes donnés comme mission de démocratiser la santé mentale pour accompagner les individus et transformer les organisations.

C'est pour cette raison que nous avons créé teale qui est une solution unique en Europe, reposant sur une approche engageante, personnalisée et scientifiquement prouvée.

teale a été élue meilleure solution de santé mentale par un collège d'experts, et accompagne aujourd'hui des entreprises de toutes tailles en France et en Europe.

Descriptif du poste

L'accélération du développement de teale nous amène à relever un défi ambitieux: pour servir un nombre croissants de clients avec un niveau de service d'excellence, il faut optimiser nos process opérationnels, parfois les ré-inventer.

C'est la mission de l'équipe Ops.

Missions
Rattaché à Arnaud, notre Head of Operations, tu participeras à des projets variés et stratégiques pour teale.

Voici quelques exemples de projets sur lesquels tu pourrais être impliqué (mais nous nous développons très vite, donc cette liste peut être amenée à évoluer )

  • L'internationalisation du catalogue de contenus vidéo disponible sur notre app grâce à l'IA (avec les équipes Care, Tech et Product)
  • L'optimisation du process et des outils de support client (avec les équipes Care et User engagement)
  • Tu interviendras sur plusieurs types d'action:

  • Phase amont: identification des besoins opérationnels, benchmark de solutions, recommandation au comex
  • Phase projet: planification et coordination de projet
  • Phase aval: formation des équipes utilisatrices

Profil recherché

  • Tu es polyvalent(e) et agile : nous sommes une start-up qui évolue vite, et tu seras amené.e à travailler sur des sujets divers, tels que la psychothérapie ou l'intelligence artificielle Les évolutions rapides ne t'effraient pas, au contraire elles te stimulent
  • Tu as un bon relationnel, et est à l'aise pour collaborer aussi bien avec différentes équipes internes qu'avec nos partenaires et prestataires externes
  • Tu es organisé(e) : ton sérieux, ton attention au détail et ton autonomie te permettent de suivre de façon rigoureuse les projets et interactions en cours avec des interlocuteurs variés
  • Tu es analytique: tu t'intéresses à tout, mais tu sais aussi structurer et synthétiser l'information; tu es data driven et à l'aise sur Excel, et plus globalement les outils tech
  • Tu t'intéresse aux enjeux de santé mentale, et aux grandes tendances qui impactent le monde du travail
  • Tu es en 4è année d'études minimum
  • Tu as un bon niveau d'anglais (à l'écrit comme à l'oral)
