Mode Executive is supporting a Luxury Women' Ready to wear fashion house in the newly created appointment of an Image Director. This position plays a central role in shaping and elevating the brand's entire visual universe across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and sophisticated aesthetic.

The role can be based in London or Europe offering remote working with travel internationally depending on business requirements. The Image Director will report into the Founder and Creative Director and collaborate closely across marketing, e-commerce, product, and creative production functions.

The Role

  • Lead art direction for all brand imagery, including campaigns, editorials, e-commerce, social content, and packaging.
  • Direct all photo and video output to ensure every asset reflects the brand's visual language and craftsmanship, elevating even e-commerce content to a narrative-driven level.
  • Partner with photographers, stylists, set designers, and retouchers to achieve exceptional aesthetic quality across all visual content.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, e-commerce, and product, as well as the in-house graphic designer, asset manager, and creative production lead, to deliver unified and refined visuals.
  • Maintain and evolve the overall visual identity, ensuring imagery aligns with brand direction and product strategy.

Requirements

  • A highly refined visual eye and proven experience shaping imagery for fashion, luxury, or adjacent creative environments.
  • Ability to lead shoots end-to-end while also bringing precision to detail-oriented refinement.
  • Comfort collaborating closely with photographers, stylists, and other creative partners in a hands-on capacity.
  • Strong understanding of composition, visual storytelling, craftsmanship, and what gives imagery depth and emotion.
  • Excitement for helping shape the visual world of a growing brand and working with top-tier creative talent.
