Dreamweaver Group islooking for an exceptional Global Client Director to join our Paris team and lead relationships across our most important international luxury accounts.

This is a senior, client-facing role working with UHNW individuals, global luxury brands and high-profile businessesacross real estate, hospitality, lifestyle and related sectors. You will be based from our Place Vendôme office, operating at the heart of one of the world's most iconic luxury districts, with responsibility spanning Europe, the UK, the US and beyond.

The role

As Global Client Director, you will be the trusted senior contact for a portfolio of global clients, responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, overseeing delivery, and identifying opportunities for growth and deeper collaboration.

You will work closely with founders, senior leadership and internal teams across creative, media and marketing to ensure a seamless, high-standard experience for every client.

Key responsibilities


• Lead and manage a portfolio of global luxury client relationships


• Act as a strategic partner and senior point of contact for clients


• Oversee ongoing retainers, campaigns and project delivery


• Identify opportunities for account growth, upsell and long-term collaboration


• Coordinate internal teams to ensure flawless execution


• Maintain clear communication, reporting and relationship management


• Represent Dreamweaver Group professionally with UHNW clients and partners

Who we're looking for


• Proven experience in senior client management, partnerships or account leadership


• Background in luxury, real estate, hospitality, media or a premium sector preferred


• Confident working with senior stakeholders and UHNW individuals


• Commercially minded, relationship-led and highly organised


• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment


• Fluent in both French and English


• Able to work in a hybrid role based from Paris

Salary

€75,000 base salary + performance-based bonus, depending on experience.
