Within the Partnerships department, our future Partnership Specialist intern will work alongside our Partnership Managers and Specialists to successfully complete all initiatives between Team Vitality and its partners through the following missions:
Assisting Partnership Managers and Specialists on a day-to-day basis (organising meetings, producing and distributing minutes, compiling reports, etc.).
Participating in the development of Partner activations and coordinating activations with other Team Vitality departments (Marketing, Esport, Communication, Merchandising, etc.).
Checking that the use of the brands is approved and ensuring that the various partners' contracts are properly implemented.
Updating reference documents, producing reports and presentations (project presentation/vision; guidelines; checklist of new partners/contract sheets, monitoring files, monthly reports, etc.).
Follow-up on partner activations (presentation, monitoring of the smooth running of the operation, assessment of actions carried out, drafting of post-mortems, etc.).
Contributing to active monitoring of the sponsorship industry (sport and esport) and producing regular benchmarks.
Implementing the Partnership team's hospitality strategy: organising Team Partnership events (SdF ticketing/Partners Day events/competition trips, etc.).
Helping to implement the Servicing strategy for our Partners (newsletter in collaboration with our esport and marketing teams, managing gaming initiations for our Partners, etc.).
Participate pro-actively in the management of partner accounts under the supervision of a Partnerships Manager and contribute to the success of Team Vitality's Partnerships.
The internship runs from early January to the end of June, for a total duration of six months
