Nous développons une plateforme technologique B2B à destination des restaurateurs, leur permettant de générer des revenus additionnels via des marques de livraison virtuelle, sans investissement matériel supplémentaire.
La plateforme agit comme un hub central connecté aux principales plateformes de livraison et permet de piloter les opérations depuis une interface unique.

Dans ce contexte, nous recrutons un Lead Backend Engineer, rattaché directement au CTO, afin de structurer le backend et accompagner l'évolution de la plateforme.
L'équipe technique est composée de 4 développeurs, évolue dans un environnement international et collabore quotidiennement avec les équipes business, avec des échanges réguliers en anglais.

Description Missions :
  • Être le référent technique backend au sein de l'équipe
  • Prendre des décisions techniques structurantes en lien direct avec le CTO
  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des services backend robustes et évolutifs
  • Garantir la qualité du code, la performance et la fiabilité en production
  • Travailler en direct avec les équipes business pour transformer les besoins métiers en solutions pragmatiques
  • Participer aux sujets DevOps, cloud et run
  • Intervenir ponctuellement côté frontend (environ 20 %)
Exigences Profil recherché :
  • 8 ans d'expérience minimum en développement
  • Solide expertise backend JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Expérience confirmée en prise de décisions techniques
  • À l'aise dans des équipes de petite taille et peu processées
  • Anglais courant, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
  • Autonomie, pragmatisme et sens des responsabilités
