Descriptif du poste

Ton Rôle
En lien direct avec la fondatrice, tu seras au cœur du développement de notre réseau de partenaires et de clients. Tu auras pour mission de développer le réseau des prestataires (artistes, atelier créatifs, profs, etc.) et de transformer nos leads prospects en RDV

Tes Missions
1/ Prospection et acquisition

  • Identifier et contacter des partenaires selon des critères définis ensemble.
  • Construire des séquences et les analyser
  • Faire du Cold Call et du Cold Email
  • Construire et affiner un argumentaire pour les convaincre de rejoindre Actilib.
  • Organiser des rendez-vous téléphoniques ou en physique pour présenter nos services.
  • Suivre les prospects via un CRM dédié et assurer la conversion.

2/ Offrir une relation client agréable

  • Construire une relation de confiance avec les partenaires pour les fidéliser.
  • Répondre à leurs questions et résoudre leurs problématiques techniques.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe technique pour remonter et résoudre les éventuels bugs.

3/ Création de contenus (en bonus)

  • Participer à la définition de la ligne éditoriale d'Actilib, pour augmenter l'Inbound
  • Créer des publications pour Instagram et LinkedIn (photos, vidéos, articles).
  • Relire et rédiger des contenus qui valorisent nos partenaires et leur offre.
  • Planifier et organiser des tournages chez nos partenaires, pour filmer du contenu authentique et inspirant.
  • Faire des montages vidéo basiques (Canva, Instagram...).

Profil recherché

Nous Cherchons Une Personne Motivée Et Autonome, Qui Aime Relever Des Défis Et Travailler Dans Un Environnement Entrepreneurial

  • Excellente communication orale et écrite : tu es à l'aise au téléphone et en présentiel.
  • Persévérant(e) et persuasif(ve) : convaincre est ton point fort.
  • Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et autonome : tu sais gérer plusieurs tâches en même temps, même à distance.
  • Maîtrise parfaite de l'orthographe : tes écrits sont toujours impeccables.
  • Sensibilité pour les activités artistiques et/ou le bien-être (idéalement).

  • Entretien individuel avec la fondatrice pour discuter de tes motivations et compétences.
  • Cas pratique pour évaluer ta communication écrite et orale.
