We're hiring a Head of Growth / Growth Engineer for a VC-backed, product-led SaaS at Seed stage (12 people).

This is the most important hire in the company right now.

You'll own growth end-to-end and be responsible for designing, building, and scaling the entire acquisition engine.

Based in Paris with a base aalry of upto 80,000 plus bonus & strong equity.

You'll be responsible for:

  • How leads are generated
  • How experiments are run
  • How funnels convert
  • How growth compounds

If growth works, it's because of you. If it doesn't, you fix it.

This role directly impacts:

  • Revenue
  • Product adoption
  • Market positioning

You'll have more leverage than almost anyone in the business.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute the growth strategy across outbound, inbound, and experiments
  • Build automated acquisition systems using modern growth tooling
  • Own the entire growth funnel (traffic → activation → conversion)
  • Run continuous experiments across channels and messaging
  • Work closely with the CEO and product team on GTM strategy
  • Instrument analytics and dashboards to track what actually drives growth

This is a builder role — you will be creating systems, not managing agencies.

What You'll Need

Strong hands-on experience with modern growth stacks, ideally:

  • Clay
  • Apollo / Instantly / Smartlead
  • Enrichment + scraping tools
  • Proven ability to build outbound systems
  • Comfortable working with data, funnels, and experiments
  • Experience in early-stage SaaS or scaling a growth function

Bonus Points

  • Background in engineering, product, or technical marketing
  • Experience building growth at Seed / Series A
  • Familiarity with PLG motions
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles
