We're hiring a Head of Growth / Growth Engineer for a VC-backed, product-led SaaS at Seed stage (12 people).
This is the most important hire in the company right now.
You'll own growth end-to-end and be responsible for designing, building, and scaling the entire acquisition engine.
Based in Paris with a base aalry of upto 80,000 plus bonus & strong equity.
You'll be responsible for:
- How leads are generated
- How experiments are run
- How funnels convert
- How growth compounds
If growth works, it's because of you. If it doesn't, you fix it.
This role directly impacts:
- Revenue
- Product adoption
- Market positioning
You'll have more leverage than almost anyone in the business.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute the growth strategy across outbound, inbound, and experiments
- Build automated acquisition systems using modern growth tooling
- Own the entire growth funnel (traffic → activation → conversion)
- Run continuous experiments across channels and messaging
- Work closely with the CEO and product team on GTM strategy
- Instrument analytics and dashboards to track what actually drives growth
This is a builder role — you will be creating systems, not managing agencies.

What You'll Need
Strong hands-on experience with modern growth stacks, ideally:
- Clay
- Apollo / Instantly / Smartlead
- Enrichment + scraping tools
- Proven ability to build outbound systems
- Comfortable working with data, funnels, and experiments
- Experience in early-stage SaaS or scaling a growth function
Bonus Points
- Background in engineering, product, or technical marketing
- Experience building growth at Seed / Series A
- Familiarity with PLG motions
- Understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles
