L'ATS Majors est au cœur de la transformation digitale des clients : il connecte les priorités business aux solutions Microsoft, tout en anticipant les enjeux de sécurité et d'IA.

Il contribue directement à la croissance du business Microsoft et à la satisfaction client via des plans robustes et des architectures adaptées.

L'ATS Majors est le leader technologique au sein de l'Account Team. Ce rôle consiste à :

  • Définir et exécuter la stratégie technologique end-to-end pour le client, alignée sur ses priorités business.
  • Piloter les conversations clés autour de la Sécurité et de l'IA, notamment via le Customer Secure AI Assessment.
  • Agir comme CTO virtuel pour le client, en orchestrant les ressources Microsoft (STU, CSU, partenaires) pour délivrer des solutions alignées sur les objectifs business.
Qualifications

Diplôme : Licence en informatique, ingénierie, business ou équivalent.

Expérience :

  • 6+ ans en consulting technique, vente consultative ou transformation digitale.
  • Expertise dans au moins une solution Microsoft (Cloud, Data & AI, Sécurité).
  • Expérience dans la relation avec des CxO et la conduite de projets complexes.

Compétences clés :

  • Connaissance des architectures cloud et des tendances IA.
  • Capacité à influencer des équipes virtuelles et à gérer des conversations stratégiques.
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies d'envisioning (ex. Design Thinking).
Responsibilities
  • Leadership technologique : conduire les discussions sur l'IA, la migration, la sécurité et la modernisation des plateformes.
  • Trusted Seller : influencer la stratégie technique et commerciale, y compris les motions de co-sell avec les partenaires.
  • Planification stratégique : créer et maintenir la roadmap technologique (3 Horizons), orchestrer les ateliers d'envisioning et les plans de consommation (MACC).
  • Expertise sectorielle : appliquer une connaissance approfondie des industries Construction et Hospitality pour challenger les hypothèses du client et proposer des solutions innovantes.
  • Orchestration interne : coordonner STU, CSU, services et partenaires pour garantir la réussite des projets et la réalisation de la valeur.
