DESCRIPTIF DU POSTEAfin d'accompagner la croissance de l'agence et le développement de notre département commercial, nous recherchons un·e de Clientèle / Account Strategist Senior pour accompagner un portefeuille de clients dans la définition de leurs stratégies marketing et la coordination des projets avec nos équipes opérationnelles.  Ton rôle sera déterminant dans le développement de nos activités : au sein du pôle marchand, tu évolueras aux côtés d'experts leviers, pour apporter des solutions adaptées à chaque client.Tes missions seront les suivantes : Gestion et fidélisation d'un portefeuille clients et maintien d'un taux de rétention > 95% ; Identification des besoins et des enjeux clients ; Recommandations stratégiques et identification des opportunités de croissance pour les clients ; Coordination des actions et stratégies clients avec les différentes équipes d'Orixa Media (SEA, SEO, Programmatique, Affiliation) ; Reporting des performances de campagnes multi-leviers, analyse, optimisation et solutions pour atteindre les objectifs ; Veille concurrentielle et marché sur l'ensemble du portefeuille. PROFIL RECHERCHÉBonne connaissance des stratégies d'acquisition digitale et capacité de construire un plan d'action ; Réflexion et mise en oeuvre d'une stratégie média trimestrielle / annuelle ; Proactivité dans l'approche et le développement de la relation client ;Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et de Google Analytics. Bonus apprécié.s :Connaissance des plateformes d'achat média (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads...) ; Compréhension du levier SEO ; Compréhension des leviers offline. Informations Générales :  Télétravail partiel possible Prise en charge de la mutuelle à 100% Carte ticket restaurant Swile Possibilité d'adhésion Gymlib Rémunération comprise entre 45 et 55K  Lieu : Paris 10ème, 72 rue d'Hauteville
