Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to manage your own product line and contribute to its growth
Develop deep expertise in a specific product category
Source innovative products by conducting user research
Analyze competitors' offerings, customer feedback, and market trends to provide product recommendations
Schedule and engage in various meetings and take the lead in negotiation, discovery & refinement sessions
Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager and Engineers on catalog layout preparation and strategize on product placement
Explore creative strategies to boost company profitability, enhance product quality, and optimize efficiency
Maintain healthy backlog by creating epics, features and stories
Provide support to the teams and report team activities to leadership
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Product Management including:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and power point
Effective written and verbal communication skills that persuade and engage
Highly organized and analytical, with a keen eye for details
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare experience
Agile certifications (SCPO/SCSM) or others
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Full timePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$72, $144,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
