Team

The Investor Relations department is a key function with regard to the top management of the Group's financial communication. Our team reports directly to the Group's co-CEO and is responsible for ensuring the company is appropriately and strategically positioned with analysts, investors and all stakeholders. The department distils the market voice and feeds this back to the management and employees of the Group, aiming to provide actionable and strategic insight to management, fair stock valuations and low stock volatility.

The main responsibilities for the Investor Relations department include:

  • Develop investor confidence and belief in the company's vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value
  • Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework
  • Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties
  • Manage equity research and investor relationships
  • Provide insights on market activity and present them to the top management team
  • Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business

The role has a strong mix of analysis and communication, and requires a high degree of interaction within the Group, from senior management, the Communications team, and through to the strategic and operational teams of the business units.

Core Role & Responsibilities

Financial Communication

  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations directed to Investor Community including quarterly results publications, Capital Markets Days and conference presentations
  • Deal with financial analysts and investors questions
  • Contribute to the implementation of a strong financial communication

Corporate Development/Capital Management

  • Assisting in the development of data infrastructure for the IR team, leveraging on publicly available and internally obtained information
  • Prepare various ad-hoc financial analyses requested by senior management

Shareholder identification and targeting

  • Identify shareholder ID and target suitable investors in order to encourage strong shareholder structure
  • Understand all types of investors, especially hedge funds and activists
  • Monitor evolution of ESG funds in shareholder base in close coordination with the ESG team
  • Organize and attend roadshows; attend investor conferences, supporting Group senior management

Market intelligence

  • Keep management and Board up-to-date regarding share price development and market dynamics
  • Monitor and communicate market intelligence on sector trends, market developments, and announcements of key competitors

Key Success Factors

Experience

  • First experience (2-5 years) in investment banking, audit, or Investor Relations

Personal Competencies

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Highly motivated and organised, with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Fluent in English and French

Soft Skills

  • Strong communications skills
  • Strong work ethic

Digital Competencies

  • Excellent at using Microsoft Office
  • Top business school or university degree
  • Knowledge of AI tools is a plus
