About the Role
At Genoskin, we're transforming therapeutics, cosmetics, and consumer goods development through innovative human skin models and primary cells. We are seeking an engaging Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive measurable growth, strengthen our digital presence, and translate complex science into high-impact digital experiences.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital initiatives that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue generation. Operating at the intersection of SEO/GEO, paid acquisition, LinkedIn marketing, UX optimization, and analytics, this role owns key digital performance levers and continuously improves them in a fast-evolving, science-driven environment.
Working closely with the Marketing and Product Managers, you will ensure Genoskin's digital channels effectively support go-to-market priorities, campaigns, and thought leadership, converting audience interest into qualified demand and reinforcing Genoskin's leadership in human-relevant testing.
Key Responsibilities
Traffic Acquisition & Visibility
- Co-own and execute the SEO strategy:
- Perform on-page optimization for B2B landing pages, blog content, and other digital assets to improve search visibility across traditional Search Engines and LLMs
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis
- Coordinate content optimization (texts, videos, etc)
- Creation and optimization of SEO-driven landing pages, category pages, and product pages
- Manage and optimize SEM / Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads)
- Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies, LinkedIn Ad campaigns, support organic LinkedIn presence
- Contribute to additional growth channels (retargeting, marketplaces, comparison platforms, partnerships)
Conversion & User Experience (UX / CRO)
- Analyze user journeys across the website and eshop platforms
- Identify drop-off points and growth opportunities
- Propose and implement UX and CRO improvements
- Build and optimize high-conversion landing pages
- Run A/B tests and continuously iterate to improve performance
Analytics, Reporting & Growth Insights
- Track performance across SEO, SEM, and LinkedIn using analytics tools
- Monitor key KPIs: traffic quality, leads, CAC, conversion rates, revenue, and ROI
- Produce clear, actionable performance reports
- Turn insights into concrete growth experiments and recommendations
Innovation
- Stay on top of trends in B2B acquisition, LinkedIn advertising, SEO, GEO, and UX
- Continuously test new ideas, formats, and channels to accelerate growth
Qualifications
Experience & Background
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- Proven experience with B2B lead generation and eCommerce platform
- Experience working with CMS platforms
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Ideally you have experience with international SEO, including content localization and multi-language strategies.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in SEO/GEO (technical, content, performance-driven)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads / SEM
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads Manager (targeting, bidding, lead gen forms)
- Good understanding of UX principles and conversion rate optimization
- Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset
- Experience with design tools would be a plus (ex: Adobe)
