Mission

Ta mission est de garantir un haut niveau de disponibilité, de fiabilité et de qualité de la flotte de dispositifs Vizzia, à grande échelle.

Tu structures et pilotes les opérations Fleet avec rigueur, vitesse et standards industriels, afin d'assurer une expérience irréprochable pour les villes et les usagers.

Responsabilités1. Pilotage de la disponibilité & des SLA

  • Porter les objectifs de disponibilité de la flotte de bout en bout sur l'ensemble des villes opérées (≥ 92 %).

  • Définir, suivre et faire respecter les SLA, avec un pilotage hebdomadaire clair et structuré.

  • Anticiper les risques opérationnels et traiter rapidement les écarts de performance.

2. Gestion des incidents & fiabilité opérationnelle

  • Mettre en place une détection précoce des incidents et une priorisation par impact utilisateur.

  • Piloter les escalades et conduire des résolutions structurées en situation critique.

  • Réduire durablement le MTTR grâce à de meilleurs diagnostics, outils et analyses de causes racines post-incident.

3. Monitoring, data & amélioration continue

  • Déployer un monitoring proactif et des systèmes d'alerting pour éviter les incidents avant impact.

  • Garantir une qualité de donnée irréprochable : données Fleet fiables, complètes et traçables.

  • Définir et piloter les KPI clés (MTTD, MTTR, disponibilité, récurrence, coûts) via des dashboards actionnables.

4. Industrialisation des opérations Fleet

  • Structurer et standardiser les process Fleet Ops (monitoring, maintenance, RMA, retours hardware).

  • Concevoir des SOP simples, robustes et scalables, orientées exécution terrain.

  • Intégrer les contraintes hardware terrain dans toutes les décisions opérationnelles.

5. Leadership & collaboration transverse

  • Structurer, prioriser et faire monter en compétence l'équipe Fleet Ops.

  • Fixer des attentes claires, évaluer la performance avec exigence et traiter rapidement les sous-performances.

  • Animer des boucles de feedback continues avec Product, Tech et Hardware pour améliorer la fiabilité produit.

  • Porter une culture d'exigence, de transparence et de fiabilité au sein des Ops.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience solide en Fleet Management, Ops ou Reliability sur des systèmes déployés à grande échelle.

  • Forte expertise en pilotage de la disponibilité, des SLA et de la gestion d'incidents critiques.

  • À l'aise avec les outils de monitoring et d'observabilité (ex. Grafana) et la data opérationnelle.

  • Capacité à concevoir et améliorer des process (SOP, RCA, amélioration continue).

  • Leadership reconnu, capable de rester calme sous pression et de créer de la confiance en situation critique.

  • Excellente communication, claire et sans ambiguïté, notamment lors d'incidents majeurs.

  • Sens du terrain et compréhension des contraintes hardware.
