Our French team consists of 50 people and is an integral part of our company's EMEA presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision, ensuring innovative solutions that align with diverse market needs.

The Account Management Team is at the heart of our success. The Team Lead Account Manager will take ownership of key accounts portfolios and ensure client satisfaction and high retention as well as manage a team of Account Managers.

You Will

  • Oversee a portfolio of key accounts;
  • Manage, support, and develop a team of Account Managers;
  • Hire new people to complete the existing team;
  • Support the team in regular performance reporting to clients, including QBR presentations;
  • Ensure client satisfaction and high retention for all clients managed by the team;
  • Maintain local AM processes and global best practices;
  • Coordinate and execute local projects in account management in line with company-wide projects;
  • Organise optimizations processes across Account Management & Technical Account Management teams;
  • Internal reporting on individual and market performance to the Head of Account Management.

Desired Experience

  • At least 7 years in digital marketing account management in programmatic/retargeting/campaign management, experience with large clients;
  • +3 years experience in managing teams;
  • Experience in managing very large e-commerce clients, including relationship building with director or C-level;
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver, quality-first attitude, very high level of communication and presentation;
  • Strong and clear motivation,
  • Experience with target setting and evaluation is an asset;
  • Fluency in English

Main objectives

  • Within 1 month since hire: learn about RTB House and your new role. Finalise onboarding induction program
  • Within 3 months: understand the whole process of a campaign (from set up to optimization), assess the campaigns' performance and understand the area of improvement
  • Within 6 months since hire: demonstrate autonomy to manage the team, attend clients' meetings to listen to the general business goals and bring added value in the discussions
  • Within 1 year since hire: able to hire new people, to set goals and priorities, to assess quarterly performance, to build strong relationships with our clients to act as a trusted advisor

L'équipe Account Management est au cœur de notre réussite. Le/la Team Lead Account Manager prendra la responsabilité d'un portefeuille de comptes clés afin d'assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients, tout en encadrant une équipe d'Account Managers.

Vos missions

  • Gérer un portefeuille de comptes stratégiques ;
  • Manager, accompagner et faire évoluer une équipe d'Account Managers ;
  • Recruter de nouveaux talents pour renforcer l'équipe existante ;
  • Soutenir l'équipe dans la production des reportings de performance clients (incluant les présentations QBR) ;
  • Garantir la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients gérés par l'équipe ;
  • Maintenir les processus locaux et les meilleures pratiques globales ;
  • Coordonner et mettre en œuvre des projets locaux d'Account Management en lien avec les initiatives globales de l'entreprise ;
  • Organiser les processus d'optimisation entre les équipes Account Management et Technical Account Management ;
  • Assurer un reporting interne sur la performance individuelle et du marché auprès du Head of Account Management.

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de comptes dans le marketing digital (programmatique, retargeting, gestion de campagnes), idéalement avec des clients grands comptes ;
  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en management d'équipe ;
  • Expérience dans la gestion de grands comptes e-commerce, y compris la relation avec des interlocuteurs de niveau directeur ou C-level ;
  • Esprit analytique et sens de la résolution de problèmes, souci de la qualité, excellente communication et présentation ;
  • Forte motivation et leadership naturel ;
  • Expérience dans la définition et l'évaluation d'objectifs est un atout ;
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais (courant).

Objectifs clés

  • 1 mois : comprendre RTB House et votre nouveau rôle ; finaliser le programme d'intégration.
  • 3 mois : maîtriser l'ensemble du processus de campagne (de la mise en place à l'optimisation), évaluer les performances et identifier les axes d'amélioration.
  • 6 mois : démontrer une autonomie complète dans la gestion de l'équipe, participer aux réunions clients pour comprendre leurs enjeux business et apporter une réelle valeur ajoutée.
  • 1 an : être capable de recruter, fixer les priorités et objectifs, évaluer les performances trimestrielles, et établir des relations solides avec les clients en tant que conseiller de confiance.
