The RECO Project Mission

RECO is an integrated upcycling program focused on the reconstruction of second-hand clothing, aiming to
Transform the used into the unique, for integration and autonomy
. The program is structured around circular fashion, social inclusion, and entrepreneurship, targeting 75% refugees/asylum seekers and 25% general public.

    2 months (maximum 308 hours).
  • Note:
    We are currently unable to accommodate
    Alternance

Mission

The Project Management Assistant will play a vital, autonomous role in supporting the strategic development and administrative execution of the RECO program and its inaugural launch event, the
RECO Open Week
(scheduled for November 22-26, 2025).

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the management team, your mission will be divided across Project Development and Event Logistics:

  1. RECO Open Week & Project Logistics (70%)

  2. Event Coordination:
    Assist with the administrative, logistical, and financial organization of the RECO Open Week (workshops, exhibitions, fashion shows, networking events).

  3. Delegation Support:
    Participate in the logistical, administrative, and financial organization for hosting international delegations and partners during the Open Week.
  4. Partnership Coordination:
    Facilitate follow-up with institutional, material, and financial partners secured during the Open Week.

  5. Communication:
    Contribute to the international promotion of the RECO program's educational and scientific activities (circular fashion, social inclusion).

  6. Sustainable Development & Partnership Strategy (30%)

  7. Research & Monitoring:
    Conduct research and watch on European and international mechanisms (grants, programs) related to sustainable development, textile upcycling, and social integration.

  8. International Outreach:
    Participate in the search for international partners for future deployment of the RECO program.
  9. Information Diffusion:
    Organize and manage the dissemination of information related to international cooperation and sustainable practices within the NGO.

Qualifications & Profile

  • Education:
    Background or strong interest in Project Management, International Relations, Sustainable Development, or Circular Economy.
  • Knowledge:
    Understanding of geopolitics, international law, and/or European funding mechanisms is a plus.

  • Languages:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
    French and English are mandatory
    . Proficiency in other foreign languages is highly valued.

  • Soft Skills :

  • High Level of Autonomy and Proactivity
    is essential due to the hybrid nature of the role.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills (ability to synthesize complex information).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capacity for teamwork.
