Mission:

Within our thics & Compliance (E&C) department, we are looking for a Compliance Officer specialized in anti-corruption/anti-bribery (ABC). This Compliance officer will be part of the global E&C Team and will report to the Group VP E&C Pluxee. The role is based in Paris but may involve travels.

His/her main duty is to develop, adapt, monitor and implement ABC policies and processes, and to support all matters related to ethics and compliance managed by the E&C Team (mainly ethics, international economic sanctions, AML/CFT, antitrust, …

He/She will be responsible for promoting a culture of compliance in Pluxee International, reviewing and evaluating anti-corruption/anti-bribery -related issues/concerns, supporting related processes and systems partnering closely to help employees understand and follow applicable local and international laws, as well as Pluxee policies and procedures

Key Responsabilities:

• Ensure a proper implementation of the French Sapin law at the headquarters,
• Foster an environment respectful of our ethical principles and develop good practices,
• Participate in global E&C projects and support E&C Teams,
• Guarantee awareness and proper usage of tools and procedures within the region,
• Cascade and ensure proper implementation of all Pluxee E&C programs in the headquarters and, in coordination with regional and local compliance officers, in all Pluxee entities,
• Identify applicable regulations and perform continuous regulatory monitoring for existing and new activities,
• Assess the ABC-related risks associated with the different activities and conduct ABC risks assessment,
• Develop awareness, effective trainings program (new employees and on-going training), and right behaviors in respect with our ethical principles, policies and procedures,
• Conduct in person trainings,
• Provide high-quality, strategic and practical compliance advice, guidance and support on anti-corruption/anti-bribery topics,
• Participate to the escalation process,
• Ensures that compliance-related issues/concerns are appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved,
• Participate in internal investigation of reported cases or incidents linked to E&C non-conformity situations,
• In coordination with the global E&C team, develop corrective action plans to address identified unlawful and unethical conduct,

• Implement monitoring and control with relevant KPI, to ensure compliance with compliance programs

• You're a match:

• Fluency in French and English,

• University degree in Legal/Compliance/Ethics (BAC 5+),
• 5-10 years' experience in E&C topics, and in particular in ABC
• Experience in financial services industry is appreciated,
• Good communication and pedagogic skills,
• Ability and appetence to work in a team, used to work with interlocutors at any level of an organization, including Comex members,
• Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and requirements,
• Autonomy, pragmatism, rigor and service oriented,
• IT and tools oriented
• Organized and detail oriented, with a high degree of ethics, integrity and professionalism,
• Analytical skills with the ability to respond to complex challenges with innovative solutions.
