The Opportunity :

We're looking for an experienced
Software Engineer
ready to take ownership of key components of our platform and grow into a
technical leadership role
. You'll help us further our distributed product engineering model, contribute to core backend, UI/UX, and integration services, and lead technical delivery in a collaborative, international environment.

You'll be joining a skilled and experienced Cloud solution team, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our users around the world.

Your Role :

  • Develop backend Java microservices that form the core of our platform's execution engine.
  • Work on API integration, data mapping, and industrial data standards to support complex workflows.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of domain-specific language compilers and interpreters used in our digital solutions.
  • Help introduce the new code generator assistant capabilities that are emerging from AI work done by the leading AI companies into our software engineering workflows
  • Collaborate with your team in code reviews, testing, and feature delivery.
  • Prepare to take on leadership responsibilities: managing projects, guiding peers, and then leading small teams.

What You Bring ?

Education:
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in professional software development.
  • Good background in
    Java
    ,
    microservices
    , and
    cloud-scale systems
    .
  • Experience with
    API integration
    ,
    data mapping
    , and API lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to compilers, interpreters, or domain-specific language processing is a plus.
  • Exposure to User interface, User Experience patterns (or strong interest) is a plus.

Leadership Qualities:

  • Interest or experience in
    project ownership

    team leadership

  • Passion
    to ship code to customers, own your code, and see it evolve.
  • Willingness to grow into a
    technical lead role
