Agent de Support Multilingue Relocation en Grèce

Description :
Nous recherchons des candidats basés en Occitanie pour rejoindre notre équipe internationale de support client. Le poste est situé en Grèce avec un pack de relocation complet (transport + hébergement temporaire).

Missions principales :

  • Répondre aux clients par téléphone, email ou chat.

  • Identifier les besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées.

  • Assurer un service professionnel et de qualité.

  • Contribuer à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation client.

Profil recherché :

  • Excellente maîtrise du français (oral et écrit).

  • Bon niveau danglais (B1/B2).

  • Sens du service, communication efficace, empathie.

  • Une expérience en service client est un atout.
