What You will Do

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Be a trusted advisor to sales teams, guiding them to close deals successfully.
  • Close deals on Document Cloud & Creative Cloud solutions for Enterprise in your assigned accounts.
  • Conduct outbound calls and campaigns to expand customer relationships through upselling or introducing new solutions.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, provide exceptional customer support, and address inquiries professionally.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, meeting opportunity closure ratios and achieving targets.
  • Use your sales skills to connect with clients, identify needs, and deliver results.

What You Bring

  • Fluency in French (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting sales targets.
  • Basic experience in customer support or sales (6+ months preferred but not mandatory).
  • A willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy abilities and an interest in learning about software solutions.
  • English proficiency (minimum B2 level) to collaborate effectively with the team.
