Hôtel 5*.
Le/la Directeur(trice) Il/elle supervise Food & Beverage est l'architecte de l'ensemble de l'expérience culinaire. notre restaurant signature, nos bars élégants, le service en chambre raffiné et les événements sur mesure. Gardien(ne) de l'excellence, L e/la Directeur(trice) veille à ce que chaque détail reflète les standards intransigeants de la marque, alliant un service irréprochable à un sens aigu de l'art et du raffinement. Ce poste requiert non seulement une parfaite maîtrise opérationnelle, mais aussi la capacité à fédérer des équipes d'excellence, à sublimer l'expérience client et à façonner une culture F&B à l'image de la sophistication de la Côte d'Azur.
Profil recherché :
- Expérience confirmée en tant que Directeur(trice) de la Restauration au sein d'hôtels ou resorts
ultra-luxe
. - Expérience dans des
destinations saisonnières haut de gamme
(ex. : Saint-Tropez, Courchevel, Saint-Barthélemy, Capri). - Antécédents avérés dans la
gestion d'équipes nombreuses, internationales et diversifiées
. - Connaissance du
marché local de la Côte d'Azur
fortement appréciée. - Maîtrise du
français et de l'anglais
indispensable ; la connaissance d'autres langues est un atout.
