We are now looking for a Platforms Coordinator to support this expanding landscape — someone who enjoys working with data-driven web applications, users, and real operational constraints.

Your Role & Impact

As a Platforms Coordinator you will support the deployment, operation, and evolution of multiple internal platforms used across HBS projects.

Working closely with the Genesis & BSS Architect and external developers, you will act as a key interface between users, systems, and technical delivery — ensuring tools are usable, reliable, and adapted to each event context.

Your role is essential to the smooth coordination of operations before and during live events.

What you'll actually do

Platform Deployment & Configuration

• Configure and adapt platforms according to project and event requirements
• Support the setup of systems that may bespecific to a project or reused across multiple events
• Ensure configurations are documented and aligned with best practices

End-User Support & Functional Expertise

• Act as the first point of contact for users across all platforms
• Understand in depth how each system works in order to support users effectively
• Help users when their needs go beyond the initial design of the tool
• Collect, structure, and escalate issues to internal teams or external developers

Testing & System Evolution

• Test new features delivered by external providers (often on a weekly basis)
• Challenge specifications by putting yourself in real user scenarios
• Validate deliveries, follow up releases, and ensure quality before production use
• Participate in functional analysis to support system evolution

Data & Tools Mindset

• Work daily with database-driven web applications
• Understand the link between back-end data and front-end user views (grids, lists, planning views)
• Support systems that manage operational data such as bookings, logistics, hotel rooms, staffing, and workloads

• Enjoy working with data (Excel, Power BI, VBA, reporting tools)
• Like testing systems and challenging how tools are supposed to work

This role is not a fit if you're uncomfortable with databases, web apps, or technical environments.
