  • Rédiger et mettre en page des contenus d'aide à la vente (cas clients, guides d'achat, FAQ, présentations).

  • Participer au brief pour les équipes Sales et Customer success.

  • Animer nos réseaux sociaux (principalement LinkedIn) : rédaction, planification, suivi des performances.

  • Concevoir et rédiger des communications pour l'engagement produit (e-mail et in-app) : communications saisonnières, newsletters, wrap-up produit, lancement de fonctionnalités.

  • Contribuer aux reportings de performance des actions de communication.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes pour garantir une cohérence de ton, forme et message sur tous les supports.

  • Réaliser des veilles régulières sur les pratiques marketing et de communication du secteur (Saas, tech, juridique).

  • Contribuer à la réflexion et à l'amélioration continue de notre stratégie de communication.
