For a new client, an industry leader active in the end-to-end green hydrogen ecosystem, we are looking for an:
**On-Site Logistics Coordinator**
The on-site Logistics Coordinator is responsible mainly for international shipments organization.
The main interface between the client (purchasing, manufacturing, quality management, logistics), suppliers, freight forwarders, and the client´s customers. The central point of communication bond between transportation needs and realization.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Transport & logistics management degree is a plus
- English and French actively
- 1-3 years of international & multimode transportation, commercial experience preferred
- Scheduling and critical path management experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to multitask, flexibility, integrity
- Stress resistant
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
- Project management skills
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work highly independent
**Responsibilities**:
- Organize shipments from Client´s suppliers worldwide to customer locations in Europe
- Coordinate collection, shipment, and delivery of the cargoes with all involved parties (suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, client´s sites, etc.)
- Enter the shipping information into the TMS system and keep it updated
- Track shipments daily and anticipate problems
- Attend internal and external meetings
Work in accordance with the Client´s systems and processes
