We are looking for our next team member who will be joining us as aninvestment solutions sales for the development of our activities in Belgium, Luxembourgand Netherlands. Who weare:Driven byentrepreneurial spirit and fueled by innovation, Lynceus Partners is thenext -generation Structured Products provider combining derivatives knowledgefrom our team of experts and latest technological developments to create acomprehensive ecosystem for Institutional and Wealth clients.We arelooking for an experienced sales with a network in the wealth and assetmanagement sector in Belgium, Luxembourg or Netherlands to promote our services. Your mainresponsibilities:As anInvestment Solutions Sales, you will be joining a dynamic team with theresponsibility to co -develop our presence in Belgium, Luxembourg &Netherlands and more specifically with family offices and independent assetmanagers. The role is based in Paris tostart with, other locations to be discussed.You will beaccountable for the commercial strategy on this market, including clientacquisition and retention strategies, promotion of Lynceus Partners' financialexpertise and technological solutions as well as revenue generation. You willenlarge and diversify client's portfolio.You willdeliver cross asset solutions as well as other outcome -oriented investmentproducts (private debt) that will match client's needs.To achievesuccess, you can rely on a strong internal support team to serve your clients. RequirementsCompetencieswe are looking for and that you will develop in this role:You arenatural at building human relationships with clients and colleagues alike, youhave an entrepreneurial and self -starting mindset, you are a team -player withan effective communication towards colleagues and clients alike.You havethe ability to identify and analyse client's needs, translate those needs intoinvestible, simple and clear investment ideas.You areresult -oriented. You take lead, show self -motivation and ambition for personaland professional achievements. You have a competitive drive to get things done.You are agileand proactive in accompanying change (in various situations). You are willingto challenge yourself learn and improve. You are willing to expand yourknowledge through experience or education. Whatexperience and background we are looking for:Master/Bachelordegree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Engineering….A minimumof 3 years of experience in offering investment solutions to a corporate andinstitutional clients based in Belgium, Luxembourg and/or Netherlands.A workingknowledge of the private assets market or a willingness and interest to developprofessional competencies in this class of assetsThe abilityand willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environmentFluentEnglish and French; What toexpect:Anintra -preneurial project with the possibility to build your own brandA boutiqueapproach to appealing investment class both on direct and listed marketsWhat todo next?Applyonline and send us your best job application.We willreview it in the next few weeks to join us as soon as you will be available.
