Position Summary
The Global Client Solutions (KCS) team is looking for an intern to support the FIBI team (France, Italy, Benelux, Ibera). This role will report to the Head of KCS FIBI and will be based in Paris, France.
You will have the opportunity to experience working within a leading global investment firm that manages investments across multiple alternative asset classes with a proven track record over the past few decades. The role would be to support the KCS team, which is responsible for marketing various KKR-sponsored investment funds, vehicles and separate accounts to investors.

Ideal Experience
A successful candidate typically will have 2-3 previous internships in the financial industry with a relevant experience in Investor Relations/ Fundraising.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing ongoing support to KCS in connection with its response to ad-hoc requests from clients to ensure high servicing standards are maintained at all times
- Learn the platform, products and investment strategies across asset classes
- Work collaboratively with global internal teams – specifically: product teams, client services, RFP team, and other institutional sales members to facilitate timely responses to client requests
- Assist to coordinate/prepare sales, product pitching, client meeting materials (with direction of French coverage KCS lead)
- Assist in preparing for external marketing events, and assist preparation of responses to client data requests/RFPs, including underlying portfolio stats, marketing materials and presentation decks
- Maintain information on the FIBI budgets and pipeline and provide internal weekly updates on the status of each of these clients / prospects
- Provide support to the broader sales team in terms of responding to ad-hoc requests from clients in other regions; liaise with the other sales support team to ensure weekly internal reporting of pipeline
As with any growing, changing and evolving team, this individual will be expected to remain flexible and help support other key team initiatives.
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) with fluency in French and English (Italian or Dutch is a plus)
- Strong academic credentials & record of achievement
- Strong multi-tasking skills with an ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external parties in a polished, professional manner
- Demonstrated team player willing to contribute to the collaborative success of the broader team
- Ability to foster strong working relationships with fellow team members
