Account Managers,
qui contribuera directement à la gestion et au développement d'un portefeuille clients existant.

Missions

  • Gérer et animer un portefeuille de
    150 à 200+ comptes
    , représentant environ
    1 million d'€ d'ARR lissé à l'année
    .
  • Identifier les comptes à fort potentiel et assurer la
    rétention
    ainsi que la
    croissance du chiffre d'affaires
    .
  • Développer le revenu via des actions d'
    upsell
    .
  • Anticiper les risques de
    churn
    et mettre en place des plans d'actions adaptés.
  • Segmenter le portefeuille clients afin de prioriser les actions commerciales.
  • Assurer le suivi des comptes et du pipeline via le CRM.
  • Contribuer à la croissance du
    MRR
    , avec un objectif moyen d'environ
    10k€ d'ARR par compte
    .

Profil recherché

  • 2 à 4 ans d'expérience
    en tant qu'Account Manager dans un environnement
    SaaS / Tech
    .
  • Solide expérience en
    relation client
    et en gestion de portefeuille.
  • Capacité à mener des actions d'
    upsell
    et à développer le revenu récurrent.
  • Maîtrise d'un CRM, idéalement
    HubSpot
    .
  • Organisation, proactivité et capacité à gérer un volume important de comptes.
  • Capacité à anticiper les risques de churn et à faire croître un portefeuille sur du
    MRR
    .

Conditions

  • Rémunération :
    € fixe
    selon expérience.
  • Avantages : titres-restaurant, mutuelle, participation.
  • Organisation hybride :
    présentiel le mardi et jeudi
    , télétravail le reste de la semaine.
  • Temps de travail : 4,5 jours par semaine (une demie journée par semaine)
