Job Description :

Sur le périmètre du département digital (Maintenance Supply Chain, Transport, Parking, Recycling, Telematics), le Responsable Projets M&S vient en support sur la conduite des projets commandités par les process owners (PO) et les Responsables Maintenance & Repairs (MRO).

Vous êtes en charge du cadrage, du lancement et du pilotage des projets ainsi que de l'accompagnement du changement.

Vous accompagnez également les PO et les MRO dans la communication sur l'avancement et la fourniture des livrables des projets dont vous êtes responsable.

Vous êtes le garant du service/process Télématique. Vous devez vous assurer de la mise à disposition aux clients internes et externes de la data télématiques conformes aux besoins exprimés par les clients internes et externes.
- Vous suivez de la performance des contrats de fourniture de services télématiques :
- Vous êtes le contact privilégie de nos fournisseurs au sein d'Ermewa.
- Vous suivez les indicateurs de performance et mettez en place, déployez et suivez les plans d'action.
- Vous êtes le contact privilégié de l'équipe Data pour la mise à disposition des données télématiques.

Vous êtes le contact privilégié en interne pour les services télématiques :

Avec les équipes de vente :
- Analyse les besoins clients et propose des solutions
- Mets en place les flux ITSS (transfert des data) vers les clients
- Gère les comptes clients/flottes dans les plateformes de nos fournisseurs

Avec l'équipe Data
- S'assure de la bonne mise à disposition des données télématiques

Vous suivez les évolutions réglementaires et technologiques :
- Suivi, analyse, communication et si nécessaire proposition d'un plan d'action.
- Participe aux groupes de travail sectoriels

Conduite des projets Telematics :
- Recherche des solutions innovantes répondant aux besoins métiers et clients

Candidate Requirements:

- Vous êtes diplômé d'une école d'ingénieur.

- Vous avez une expérience professionnelle de 3 ans.

- Vous avez une connaissance dans les secteurs du transport ou de la logistique.

- Vous avez une expérience dans la gestion de projet.

- Vous avez une forte appétence pour la télématique.

- Votre anglais est professionnel.
