We're hiring a Senior Solution Consultant with an Enterprise Strategy and Planning focus to join our Advisory Services Delivery team as an individual contributor - this is not a managerial role. AtlassianSenior Solution Consultantsare experts in Atlassian products, operating model practices, and solutions, delivering guidance to drive value realisation for clients who have purchased Advisory Services from Atlassian. Each member of the team is accomplished in delivering strategic goals, providing consulting and technical guidance at scale, aligning the System of Work capabilities with business needs and desired outcomes.

You will help our strongest promoters showcase their successes to their peers and serve as the tip of the spear in expanding the reach of our technologies to new use cases and markets. Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to solve complex business challenges and achieve strategic objectives through the Atlassian platform, focusing on enterprise agility and transformation (agile, digital, AI).
• Lead and facilitate discovery workshops on enterprise-grade Strategic Alignment, Portfolio Management, and OKRs adoption—identifying operating models for transformation at scale.
• Design enterprise solutions mapping customer operating models to Atlassian product capabilities, reinforcing frameworks such as SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, and hybrid scaled agile methodologies.
• Drive implementation and adoption of enterprise strategy and planning tools, including integrations, enablement, enterprise coaching, and change management.
• Develop technical solution content and prescriptive guidance to support customer outcomes in Atlassian solution areas, focusing on Strategic Collection and enterprise planning best practices.
• Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, building strong relationships and showcasing customer success stories demonstrating the impact of scaled agile transformation.
• Advocate for the customer voice internally, partnering with Atlassian product and GTM teams to influence innovation and deliver solutions addressing enterprise business drivers.
• Collaborate with Advisory Services peers to align on strategic outcomes and deliver exceptional service to our largest customers.
• Guide customers in leveraging Atlassian's Rovo platform, automation, no-code Agents, and Forge applications to maximise business value and accelerate digital transformation.
• Spend up to 30% of your time travelling domestically, and in some cases internationally, for both internal and customer-facing events

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer-facing roles where you've engaged with and influenced customer stakeholders that range from technical administrators to executive leadership

• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise-scale operating models, including

• Experience in discovering enterprise, program, and team-level ways of working practices, providing guidance on the organisational, operational, and delivery dysfunction

• Expertise in mapping customer operational practices to product capabilities and designing solutions that reinforce their desired scaled agile methodology or enterprise strategy & planning goals
• Hands-on delivery of successful enterprise strategy & planning tool implementation, deployment, integration, enablement, and adoption outcomes into customer environments
• Direct experience working with software development, Agile, or enterprise strategy & planning tools (for example, Align, Focus, Jira Plans, Rally, Planview)

• Expertise in coaching enterprise agility, portfolio management, and scaled agile frameworks (including SAFe, LPM, LeSS, and hybrid approaches), with a focus on driving change at the portfolio and program level.

• Demonstrated expertise in Teamwork Foundations, including

• Subject matter expertise in implementing and optimising how teams collaborate across enterprise organisations using foundational tools in Atlassian's Teamwork Collection – Jira, Confluence, Analytics, APIs and Rovo
