Job Description

Ubisoft Mobile HQ is seeking a Publishing Project Manager to join the Global Publishing team. Reporting to the Senior Director Player Experience & Strategic Initiatives, your mission will be to drive and coordinate the go-to-market strategy and execution for a AAA mobile game across multiple functions, teams and geographies.

You will act as the primary publishing partner for all internal stakeholders to develop together a long-term vision for you game, from launch to live ops. Ultimately your coordination and drive will align stakeholders, create synergies and leverage the best of our organization for the success of our launches and live games.

This is a mission for a collaborative, organized individual with the ability to communicate effectively, encourage and guide the teams you work with to successfully deliver on commitments through consistent and structured operations.

Core responsibilities. :

• Collaborate with publishing experts to develop and coordinate a comprehensive publishing strategy and detailed operational plans.
• Act as the internal publishing and brand ambassador by sharing publishing insights and recommended actions at each development milestone, and by building strong relationships with key stakeholders at HQ, the studios, and within Ubisoft.
• Serve as the main information point by staying updated on all project details, improving team communication, and ensuring project information is visible to all stakeholders through appropriate channels.
• Plan, schedule, and create roadmaps to ensure timely delivery and required quality.
• Identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact on content, schedule, or quality.
• Create and maintain accurate project documentation (such as RACI charts, risk management plans, communication plans, process documents, business updates, requirements, roadmaps, schedules, charters, KPIs, nomenclature, governance, and status updates), keeping all documents current as project details change.
• Work closely with the HQ Producer to ensure consistency between Publishing and HQ.
• Ensure alignment and validation of information across core teams, steering committees, and program stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in production or publishing, ideally within game launches or live operations at Ubisoft.
• Interest or experience in mobile gaming is a strong plus.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build trust.
• Organized and proactive to keep teams aligned.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to turn player and market insights into business opportunities.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Adaptable and open-minded in a fast-changing environment.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).
