Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Paris for a Senior Compliance Officer. Responsibilities include managing and ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance frameworks, overseeing internal policies to align with financial regulations, maintaining regular communication with regulatory authorities, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring the organization operates within legal and ethical standards. The role also involves providing guidance and training on compliance requirements across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance, with a proven track record of ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
  • Proficient Analytical Skills to assess risks, evaluate processes, and develop compliance strategies.
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with regulatory authorities, stakeholders, and internal teams effectively.
  • Knowledge and experience in financial operations and compliance within the financial sector.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong ethical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with international financial regulations is an advantage.
