Description du poste

En tant que Chief of Staff Intern, vous travaillerez directement aux côtés de deux des fondateurs de l'entreprise, sur des missions centrales pour notre développement :

  • Pilotage de l'acquisition de leads (50%)

    • Coordonner et optimiser les campagnes d'acquisition payantes (Search, Social Ads, Display).

    • Suivre les performances, analyser les résultats et proposer des optimisations.

    • Participer à la réflexion stratégique autour des budgets et des canaux d'acquisition.

  • Déploiement d'un projet stratégique (50%)

    • Prendre en charge la mise en œuvre d'un projet clé déjà identifié dans le secteur de la formation.

    • Coordonner les parties prenantes internes et externes.

    • Garantir l'avancée opérationnelle du projet et contribuer aux choix structurants pour le long terme.



Profil recherché
  • Étudiant(e) en école de commerce ou d'ingénieur de premier rang (stage de césure ou de fin d'études).
  • Pragmatique, rapide à comprendre et à s'adapter, orienté(e) résultats et efficace dans l'exécution.
  • Solides capacités analytiques et organisationnelles.
  • Autonomie, sens des priorités, goût pour l'entrepreneuriat et l'action.
  • Une appétence pour la formation, l'éducation ou le digital est un plus.

Modalités du stage

  • Stage de 6 mois

  • A Marseille (siège de Walter Learning)

  • Rémunération supérieur au légal et selon profil

  • Prise en charge des transport à 50%
