Au sein de la division Textile Care en France, vous développez les ventes de nos solutions chimiques et technologiques innovantes pour aider nos clients à réduire leurs coûts de production ainsi que leur empreinte environnementale en optimisant leurs consommations en eau et énergie.

Vous développez des relations fortes avec vos clients par votre action technique quotidienne sur le terrain auprès d'une clientèle constituée exclusivement de blanchisseries industrielles et/ou de grands centres hospitaliers.

Nous recherchons un/e Technico-commercial/e BtoB (H/F) autour de Lyon. Le poste est basé en home office et vous permet une présence quotidienne sur le terrain chez les clients de votre secteur.

Vos Missions:

  • Vous participez au suivi technique de nos équipements industriels (mise en service, installation et suivi) ;

  • Par une forte implication, vous prenez en charge la gestion et le développement de votre portefeuille clients en vous positionnant comme un véritable partenaire ;

  • Par un suivi technique qui constitue la majeure partie de votre temps, vous êtes garant de la qualité de lavage de nos clients ainsi que des résultants énergétiques et environnementaux ;

  • Vous réalisez des audits, diagnostics, essais ainsi que les formations utilisateurs et démonstrations sur site.

Votre Profil:

  • Vous êtes de formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 en chimie ou textile avec idéalement une première expérience commerciale et technique dans un environnement BtoB ;

  • Vous avez le sens du service et un excellent relationnel alliant votre fibre commerciale avec votre goût fort pour la technique ;

  • Votre disponibilité, votre mobilité et votre autonomie seront les garants de la réussite dans cette mission ;

  • Permis B et anglais courant indispensables.
