JOB PURPOSE

The PSCR (Product Safety and Compliance Requirements) interface between production sites, engineering teams and management for warranty related issues. Ensure optimized warranty risks and financial exposures in commercial contracts. Support plants with Warranty crisis management, look across and lessons learnt for Diesel FIS.

Job purpose

Be the PSCR (Product Safety and Compliance Requirements) interface between production sites, engineering teams and management for warranty related issues. Ensure optimized warranty risks and financial exposures in commercial contracts. Support plants with Warranty crisis management, look across and lessons learnt for Diesel FIS.

Key Responsibilities

• PSCR : Ensure that PHINIA engineering and plants are properly addressing Product Safety and Compliance requirements, that appropriate actions are implemented within PHINIA and organize external communication (Customers, authorities) when required.
• Warranty Terms and Conditions : Jointly with sales and business pursuit teams, review and support Warranty Terms and Conditions negotiations with Customers.
• Evaluate impact and calculate associated financial Warranty risks.
• Participate in establishing commercial offers, taking into account induced warranty costs in the selling price of our products.
• Support the determination of the most appropriate IBNR front loading at SOP to balance impact of unexpected warranty events.
• Support recovery process with Insurance companies when applicable
• Quality support to Warranty issues with Diesel products: Support Field Quality crisis with data and problem solving, facilitate lessons learnt and look across
