Spécialiste de l'industrie Pharmaceutique et des Dispositifs Médicaux, VIQI rassemble des passionnés ne souhaitant évoluer qu'auprès des industriels œuvrant pour la santé des patients.

Nous recherchons un(e) Risk Manager afin d'accompagner notre client leader dans l'industrie pharmaceutique.

Vos missions :

Au cœur de la maîtrise des risques, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la sécurisation et la performance de nos projets, dans un environnement international exigeant :

  • Piloter et animer la gestion des risques sur un ou plusieurs périmètres (infrastructure et/ou multi-projets)

  • Produire un reporting clair, pertinent et orienté décision, avec une capacité à mettre en lumière les risques critiques

  • Conduire l'agenda risques et les démarches d'amélioration continue, avec une vision pragmatique et orientée résultats

  • Proposer des plans d'actions réalistes, efficaces à court terme, et suivre leur avancement dans le temps

  • Interagir avec les équipes internationales pour un reporting stratégique fluide et impactant

  • Contribuer à l'exposition stratégique et au pilotage global, ou intervenir sans dimension stratégique directe

Profil recherché :

  • Autonome et structuré(e), capable de prendre de la hauteur tout en restant opérationnel

  • 5 ans d'expérience en gestion des risques

  • Capacité à travailler en autonomie, à structurer un reporting et à être force de proposition

  • Aisance dans des environnements complexes et multi périmètres

  • Connaissance du secteur pharma appréciée

  • Anglais courant impératif (contexte international)

  • Leadership naturel et posture proactive, avec une vraie capacité d'influence
