Ihre Aufgaben:
Sie spielen eine wesentliche Rolle im technischen Support für die internen Benutzer. Sie sind hauptsächlich für die Verwaltung der Anfragen per E-Mail oder Telefon, die Diagnose von Vorfällen und die Umsetzung von effektiven Lösungen verantwortlich, um die Kontinuität und Leistung der IT-Dienste zu gewährleisten.
- Sicherstellung der Administration, Wartung und ordnungsgemäßen Funktion des IT-Parks.
- Diagnose und Behebung von technischen Vorfällen (Arbeitsplatz, Netzwerk, Anwendungen).
- Bereitstellung von funktionalem Support für verschiedene Fachanwendungen (ERP, etc.).
- Vorbereitung, Installation und Wartung von Computern.
- Installation von Peripheriegeräten und erforderlicher Software für die Benutzer.
- Verwaltung der mobilen Geräte des Unternehmens über eine MDM-Lösung.
Ihr Profil:
- Sie sind selbstständig, proaktiv und haben ein gutes Prioritätenmanagement.
- Sie können Initiative ergreifen und gut im Team arbeiten.
- Sie haben ein Diplom in Informatik.
- Sehr gute Französischkenntnisse.
- Kenntnisse in Englisch, Luxemburgisch oder Deutsch sind ein großer Vorteil.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Umgebungen (Client/Server).
- Kenntnisse der erforderlichen Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen: Switches, VLAN, VoIP, Firewalls.
- Erfahrung mit NAS Synology und Veeam Backup.
