As our new
Change Planning & Delivery Specialist
, you will join the
Planning & Transformation
department as a hands-on project manager. Your mission is to clear the backlog of change requests, ensuring our sales teams can stay focused on what they do best: selling.
You will play a vital role in smoothing out transitions and implementing the various projects that drive our commercial organization forward?
Key Responsibilities
- Lead specific workstreams end-to-end affecting the commercial organization, such as migration to new pricing or rules of engagement
- Ensure all new rules and processes are documented clearly and kept up-to-date within our internal knowledge base
- Organize and animate Steering Committees (Steercos) to provide stakeholders with insights and pros/cons for informed decision-making
- Monitor compliance with new processes and gather feedback from Individual Contributors (ICs) to identify and resolve friction points
- Identify bottlenecks in the commercial organization and implement practical solutions to "fix the friction"
- Draft clear and error-free updates regarding process changes for all impacted teams
- Support individuals through transitions to minimize the "noise" of change and ensure high adoption rates
About You
- High-level education, ideally in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in hands-on project management or change management, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment
- Fluent English is mandatory, as this role requires aligning change initiatives across the entire Malt organization
- Strong command of project management methodologies to track milestones and ensure on-time delivery
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to gather feedback and address resistance from the field quickly
