As our new
Change Planning & Delivery Specialist
, you will join the
Planning & Transformation
department as a hands-on project manager. Your mission is to clear the backlog of change requests, ensuring our sales teams can stay focused on what they do best: selling.

You will play a vital role in smoothing out transitions and implementing the various projects that drive our commercial organization forward?

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead specific workstreams end-to-end affecting the commercial organization, such as migration to new pricing or rules of engagement
  • Ensure all new rules and processes are documented clearly and kept up-to-date within our internal knowledge base
  • Organize and animate Steering Committees (Steercos) to provide stakeholders with insights and pros/cons for informed decision-making
  • Monitor compliance with new processes and gather feedback from Individual Contributors (ICs) to identify and resolve friction points
  • Identify bottlenecks in the commercial organization and implement practical solutions to "fix the friction"
  • Draft clear and error-free updates regarding process changes for all impacted teams
  • Support individuals through transitions to minimize the "noise" of change and ensure high adoption rates

About You

  • High-level education, ideally in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in hands-on project management or change management, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Fluent English is mandatory, as this role requires aligning change initiatives across the entire Malt organization
  • Strong command of project management methodologies to track milestones and ensure on-time delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to gather feedback and address resistance from the field quickly
