Our client is an international financial group, publicly listed on NASDAQ, operating across the
EU, US, and Asia
through its proprietary trading and investment platform. The company serves retail investors and continues to expand its presence across Europe, with offices in multiple countries.

As part of its ongoing growth, the company is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Head of Representative Office
to lead local operations, strengthen brand presence, and ensure full compliance with French regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Market Development

  • Implement strategic initiatives to increase brand awareness and market visibility in France.
  • Collaborate with local media, PR, and marketing partners to promote the brand.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and ensure consistent, positive brand exposure.

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations of the representative office in France.
  • Ensure compliance with local legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Represent the company before governmental and regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior management.

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and lead a local office team in alignment with corporate standards.
  • Foster a high-performing and collaborative work culture.
  • Coordinate with regional and head office teams to ensure seamless communication.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client behavior.
  • Prepare analytical and business performance reports for leadership.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and growth initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Background

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in financial services, fintech, or investment sectors.
  • Proven expertise in operational management, business development, or office leadership.
  • Experience in brand development and marketing activities in local markets.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of French corporate and financial regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a small cross-functional team.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with a focus on results and efficiency.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

Languages

  • Fluent in French
