YOUR ROLE 

As a Finance Project & Process Intern, you will support the process owners on their different projects with a focus on the Order to Cash (O2C) stream within the Finance department. You will work closely with process owners and project teams, contributing to the digital transformation of finance processes. 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ? 

  • Process Documentation: Help document new and improved processes, ensuring clarity and alignment with business needs.  
  • Project Support: Contribute to project planning, tracking, and reporting  
  • Assist in preparing presentations, user stories, and training materials.  
  • Participate in workshops and meetings with business and IT stakeholders.  
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify pain points and propose solutions.  
  • Support testing and validation of new digital features.  

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ? 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.  
  • Interest in finance process optimisation, digital transformation, and project management.  
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.  
  • Good communication skills in English and French.  
  • Team player, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic, multicultural environment.  
  • Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools is a plus.  

6-month internship starting between February and April 2026.
