DESCRIPTION DE POSTE – VENTES INTERNES

Responsable de la génération de leads, l'Inside Sales identifie et qualifie les prospects potentiels. Il utilise divers outils et techniques de prospection pour créer un pipeline de vente solide.

Gère la communication avec les clients, établit des relations de confiance et comprend leurs besoins pour proposer des solutions adaptées.

Utilise ses compétences en négociation pour conclure des ventes, en assurant un suivi rigoureux jusqu'à la finalisation des transactions.

Travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing et vente pour optimiser les stratégies de vente et améliorer les performances commerciales.

Suit et analyse régulièrement les performances de vente, en ajustant les actions pour atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs.

L'Inside sales doit constamment s'adapter aux nouvelles technologies et outils de vente pour rester compétitif et efficace dans ses approches de prospection et de communication.

Un enjeu majeur est de maintenir des relations de qualité avec les clients, en les comprenant profondément et en répondant efficacement à leurs besoins.


PROFIL ET COMPETENCES

Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation sont essentielles pour engager les clients et conclure des ventes avec succès. Maitrise des outils de CRM et de vente.

 Capacité d'analyser les tendances du marché et de persévérer malgré les rejets et les difficultés. L'Inside Sales doit être capable d'ajuster ses stratégies de vente pour maximiser les résultats

Forte orientation client et capacité à résoudre des problèmes pour répondre efficacement aux besoins des clients et construire des relations durables.

Excellente gestion du temps et compétences organisationnelles sont nécessaires pour gérer efficacement un grand volume de leads et de tâches.

 Ce rôle implique une interaction fréquente avec d'autres membres de l'équipe de vente, ainsi qu'avec les équipes marketing et support client.

INSIDE SALES JOB DESCRIPTION

Uses negotiation skills to close sales, ensuring rigorous follow-up until transactions are finalised.

Works closely with marketing and sales teams to optimise sales strategies and improve sales performance.

Regularly monitors and analyses sales performance, adjusting actions to meet or exceed targets.

Inside sales must constantly adapt to new technologies and sales tools to remain competitive and effective in their prospecting and communication approaches.

A major challenge is maintaining quality relationships with customers by understanding them deeply and responding effectively to their needs.


PROFILE AND SKILLS

Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for engaging customers and successfully closing sales. Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.

Ability to analyse market trends and persevere despite rejections and difficulties. Inside Sales must be able to adjust their sales strategies to maximise results.

Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills to effectively meet customer needs and build lasting relationships.

Excellent time management and organisational skills are necessary to effectively manage a high volume of leads and tasks.

This role involves frequent interaction with other members of the sales team, as well as with the marketing and customer support teams.
