The company builds a search engine focused on speed, simplicity, and accessibility. It enables teams to add fast, relevant, typo-tolerant full-text search to any application through a clear REST API and multi-language SDKs.

Results are delivered in milliseconds, and a managed cloud service removes infrastructure complexity.

The product is used by a wide range of technical teams, from SaaS platforms and software vendors to e-commerce and collaborative tools. Current development efforts focus on semantic and vector search, combining lexical precision with meaning-based retrieval to bring search closer to true understanding.

The team

The team of about 25 people works fully remotely and across multiple countries.

English is the working language.

Your mission

• Increase brand awareness by championing the company among developer and tech communities.
• Forge ecosystem alliances and create technical content to extend visibility and credibility in the B2B SaaS and DevTool space.
• Facilitate developer onboarding and adoption through accurate documentation, clear examples, and engaging technical assets.

What you'll do

• Drive engagement and advocacy within the developer community to grow top-of-funnel awareness.
• Represent the company at developer events, meetups, and online communities (GitHub, Discord, forums).
• Build relationships with technical influencers and opinion leaders to amplify reach.
• Create and distribute technical content to help developers discover and adopt the product.
• Write tutorials, blogs, and guides; record videos or talks; ensure content consistency across all channels.
• Align with marketing campaigns to increase visibility and qualified traffic.
• Build demos and sample applications that highlight the engine's capabilities and practical use cases.
• Write code to create proof-of-concepts, integrations, or SDK improvements.
• Bridge community, product, and marketing feedback to inform go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Sales to represent developer needs in positioning and launch campaigns.
• Share insights and trends from the ecosystem to influence product roadmap and messaging.

This is a hands-on technical role, you'll need to be comfortable writing code, reading APIs, and explaining technical concepts to developers with precision and empathy.

You'll be a good fit if you

• Have experience in DevRel, Developer Advocacy, Technical Product Marketing, Solution Architecture, or Solutions Engineering for developer tools or APIs.
• Have a strong technical foundation and are comfortable writing code, building demos, and working with APIs and SDKs.
• Enjoy writing and speaking about technical topics for developer audiences.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment that values initiative and ownership.
• Are comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align narrative and developer experience.

Bonus points if you :

• Have worked in remote-first or open-source companies.
• Understand the developer journey and how to influence it through content and community.
• Have built an audience or community around technical content.
• Are familiar with AI, vector search, or database technologies.
