Role Description

For one of our customers (retail industry)

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Paris for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). As a CISO, you will oversee the organization's comprehensive information security strategy while managing risks related to cybersecurity. Key responsibilities include developing and enforcing security protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards, monitoring network defenses, overseeing incident response strategies, and providing leadership to the information security team. You will also develop secure business continuity plans, collaborate with internal teams, and stay ahead of emerging security threats.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Information Security, Information Security Management, and governance frameworks (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, NIST)
  • Expertise in Cybersecurity and the ability to assess and mitigate sophisticated cyber threats
  • Knowledge of Application Security and developing secure software practices
  • Experience in Business Continuity planning and disaster recovery processes
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or related qualifications are highly desirable
