The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:
  • Within the Group, you will join the Group risk management department. Within this Department, you will be part of the team P&C Internal model.

In the P&C risk area, focused on Solvency 2 process and use test the missions consist in:

  • Being the Group referent for several AXA entities considering the Solvency 2 process
  • Challenging entity capital requirement calculation and results
  • Supporting entities in their modelling improvement
  • Ensuring Solvency 2 framework validation is adequately performed
  • Defining new P&C risk methodologies and/or improve existing methodologies: then conduct working groups and projects involving entities and other Group departments
  • Performing profitability studies for new products launched by the entities using the Economic Combined Ratio
  • Present studies, conclusions to senior management, auditors, supervisors…
YOUR PROFILE :

Technical and professional skills

  • Master's Degree with a background in actuarial science or mathematics/statistics or engineering
  • 2 to 5 years of successful experience in P&C (apprentice, first experience in risk management, technical department, or actuarial consultant)
  • C level in English
  • IT skills: R, Python, Remetrica is a plus

Soft skills and competencies

  • Ability to manage projects and challenge conclusions
  • Organization and analytical skills
  • Communication skills: with the entities, the technician community, senior management…
