Cloud Software Group is seeking a Demand Generation Lead to join our Spotfire Marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate leads and revenue for the company. The person will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, and use data and analytics to measure and improve performance.  The role reports to the Head of Spotfire Marketing and collaborates with Sales, IT, and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Campaign Planning & Implementation: Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline and grow awareness of the Spotfire Brand.  

Building a repeatable and measurable global demand engine that engages and converts Enterprise technology buyers.

Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities 

Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with detailed tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue

Working closely with the Head of Marketing for both tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales

Directly collaborating with product marketing, global and regional marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales, design, legal, procurement teams.

Forecasting, budgeting, measuring, and reporting on the impact of global demand campaigns and digital initiatives, while continuously optimizing ROI.

Evaluate and implement new technologies to address future use cases and business requirements.

Ensure communications maintain GDPR compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information technology, or sufficient related professional experience.

7+ years of marketing or sales operations or other relevant professional experience.

Knowledge and experience around Data Analytics, Visualizations, Data Science software

Experience building Spotfire Marketing Campaigns and experience developing  and executing strategy around industry and line of business campaigns 

SaaS experience

Fluent in English

Preferred: Data Analytics knowledge, Spotfire Knowledge and experience with Spotfire

Experience with sales engagement platforms (ex. Pardot, Outreach, InsideSales, Salesloft).

Experience with Salesforce CRM or other CRM platforms (ex. Hubspot, NetSuite)

Prefer Candidates with:

Previous Marketing Demand Generation experience in Analytics and Data Science, specifically Spotfire

A passion for creative plans to drive new leads and increase awareness

Experience with Zoom Webinars, Marketing technologies such as Pardot, social media

Ability to manage multiple platforms and projects at the same time.

Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally to ensure business and technical needs are met and projects are completed in a timely manner.
